At Green KC, we offer energy audits to help evaluate exactly where energy is being lost in a home.  We inspect a number of areas including but not limited to proper refrigeration temperature, hot water temperature, inspecting hot water tanks, ac and furnaces.  Green KC uses a thermal heat gun to check all window and door opening to assist in detecting drafts.  We also check the R value of your attic and its ventilation to make sure your home is properly insulated and able to breath properly as well. These are just a few steps we take in making sure we can ultimately determine if your home is energy efficient or needs help getting to that point.
